Where I started:
- Joined as company had 1 early POC in field and no software
- Created Special Access Program, GTM roadmap & core value proposition in first 30 days
- Created an expert and customer-verified ROI, Launch commercial & marketing materials, and initial software mockups in first 60 days
- Lead a full commercial launch at the annual BinSentry Saddle Up user conference, all sales enablement, and launch hardware + software efforts in first 90 days
