Where I started:

  • Joined as company had 1 early POC in field and no software
  • Created Special Access Program, GTM roadmap & core value proposition in first 30 days
  • Created an expert and customer-verified ROI, Launch commercial & marketing materials, and initial software mockups in first 60 days
  • Lead a full commercial launch at the annual BinSentry Saddle Up user conference, all sales enablement, and launch hardware + software efforts in first 90 days
  • Working with: Software dev, hardware dev, operations, customer success, sales, marketing, finance & leading GTM projects with each group
  • Leveraged experience with agriculture, hardware design, software product management, and many other skills to build and manage the launch of HD
